Game On is a grassroots initiative built to support the people who make youth sports possible: volunteer coaches.
Across communities, countless coaches step up not because they are experts, but because kids need them. Game On exists to make that step easier — by providing resources, guidance, and practical support so coaches can focus on what matters most: creating positive, inclusive experiences for young athletes.
We believe youth sports should be accessible, affordable, and welcoming, regardless of a family’s income or a child’s skill level. Game On helps coaches build environments where every player feels valued — whether they are learning the basics, gaining confidence, or discovering a love for the game for the first time.
Game On supports coaches by:
Sharing simple, age-appropriate practice plans and tools
Offering mentorship and peer support for new and experienced coaches
Reducing barriers through equipment assistance and fundraising support
Promoting positive coaching values over win-at-all-costs culture
Helping teams from different backgrounds compete on more equal footing
Parents coaching for the first time
Community volunteers stepping in to help
Coaches working in under-resourced leagues
Kids who might otherwise be priced out or left out of sports
Game On isn’t about creating elite teams or chasing trophies. It’s about strengthening community sports from the ground up — by supporting coaches, leveling access, and making sure every child has a place to play.
