Helping coaches help kids
“Game On” focuses on COACHES by promoting access, education, and community.
Kids of all backgrounds should be able to participate in safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child—athletic or not, assertive or not, affluent or not—can play, grow, and belong.
The first touchpoint for every kid is their COACH.
COACHES make the experience accessible, welcoming, and affordable. Game On's mission to inspire and foster these youth leaders.
Game On: Helping Every Coach Create Inclusive, Affordable, and Fun Youth Sports .
Youth sports have changed.
In 2025 families spent 46% more on youth sports than in 2019.
Rising costs lead to participation gaps which leads to health and social challenges.
Coaches have the power to combat participation gaps by providing high quality experiences for young athletes.
At recreational levels, coaches are typically parent volunteers who don't have access to training and must absorb costs out-of-pocket.
Game On aims to help new coaches by providing the basic building blocks that jumpstart training and development.
Experienced coaches can help this grassroots initiative by sharing the tips and tricks that made them feel confident, empowered, and comfortable in their altruism.
